Description

Fairly straightforward fragrance of fresh apple, pear and citrus aromas. The fruit is fresh and vibrant on the palate and well supported by citrusy acidity as well as a marked spicy piquancy. Starts off deceptively light on the palate, but is beginning to show greater depth as the flavour goes on. Spice is another trademark of Ernie’s Grosse Gewächse, and the Sonnenuhr has plenty.
